Graduate Secretary - Global Property Co.

? Day to day running of office including full diary organisation
? Dealing with the Chairman's personal matters and correspondence e.g. passport forms, banking documents, insurance, etc
? Processing correspondence including checking relevant files, previous correspondence etc
? Answering correspondence on behalf of Chairman where appropriate
? Typing of reports, documents and correspondence (copy/audio)
? Arranging Group Board meetings
? Maintaining up-to-date action summaries from Group Board meetings and managing clearance of items
? Extensive social marketing arrangements ? including shooting parties, dinners, lunches, etc
? High level client/external liaison ? including press, competitors, strategic partners, industry organisations
? Liaising with internal departments to provide information for client presentations/meetings
? Researching competitor/client information via Internet/press/other media
? Maintaining key memberships (Maintaining administrative aspect of Chairman's non-executive Board position (involves Chairman's attendance at regular meetings, invoicing of fees, social functions etc)
? Maintaining administrative aspect of the Chairman's position as a member of the Property Advisory Group of Imperial College
? Extensive travel arrangements ? domestic and international ? for Chairman
? Proactively setting itineraries and programmes for business trips (UK and overseas) to maximise effectiveness of visits
? Processing and reconciling expenses
? Overseeing the running of an overseas residential property
? Maintaining filing system

As you are working at the highest level your skills must be excellent, eg command of English (verbal & written), MS Office, ability to take minutes, accurate typing, SUPERB organisational skills. If you feel you have the relevant skills required please email your CV ASAP.
