Our client, a leading international organisation, is currently looking for a number of Customer Service Professionals fluent in English and one other language from: French OR Spanish OR German OR Italian OR Danish OR Swedish for their offices in Limerick, IRELAND.
The Role:
The role is to provide a professional, friendly and efficient service to customers throughout
Europe. The role involves dealing with customer enquiries through to resolution.
Key tasks will involve:
- Managing customer contacts
- Managing orders and all associated administrative tasks
- Providing information, advice and guidance to customers on products and prices
- Ensuring key service levels are maintained
- Informing customers of order status, delivery dates etc
Candidate Profile:
Candidates must be fluent in English and one other language from: French OR Spanish OR German OR Italian OR Danish OR Swedish. It is essential that you have first rate communication skills, a customer focussed approach and the desire to provide outstanding levels of customer service within a professional organisation.
Salary/Additional Information:
The salary for this role ?20,000 - ?23,000; the position is based in Limerick, IRELAND. The role may involve occasional travel.
