Business Development Manager for US Law Firm based in Madrid & Barcelona - Euros 80,000
A renowned US Law Firm are currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager for their Madrid and Barcelona Offices. The Business Development Manager will be supporting both offices by using their experience and understanding of the competitive market landscape to contribute to the strategic planning and implementation of goals and objectives in both offices. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Office Administrators, Office Managing Partners and practice chairs to develop and implement marketing strategies and local business development programs for practice groups in the office. The Manager develops and supervises their staff by performing a multitude of responsibilities, including but not limited to, hiring, assignment, training, evaluation, discipline, termination, and salary and bonus administration. Previous experience within a Law Firm or professional services background is essential for this position. Free relocation from the UK.
