PA/Team Secretary
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join one of the world's leading construction consultancies, providing administrative support to 2 directors as well as a busy project teams.
This is a varied and interesting position where you will be tasked with providing support as necessary to the Director in all aspects of his role and responsibility within the company. Duties will also include diary management, document production, presentations, and arranging meetings.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of a similar role, preferably at director level. You must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, writing and presentation and IT skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes.
