IT Helpdesk
Medium sized Law Firm based in the heart of the City are now seeking a Legal IT Helpdesk Analyst to join their expanding IT department.
The Helpdesk Analyst position will be the first point of contact for end user problems and is responsible for user support by means of phone or desk side support
The main duties would comprise of:
1st and 2nd line support
Responsible for enquiries from end users, troubleshooting hardware and software problems
Software installation and repair
Hardware builds, installation and maintenance
Remote installations and support
MS office applications support, legal applications support
We are looking for a team player with Legal IT experience whose willing to get involved in all areas of IT, including tasks outside their own role.
