Legal IT Support & Trainer
Prestigious Law Firm based in the City are now seeking a Legal IT Support/Trainer to initiate and manage projects to improve working practices throughout the firm. As well as providing support this role will also involve the delivery of training to the firm in any of the systems that the IT department supports.
The main responsibilities will consist of:
Microsoft Office user support and provide an escalation point for helpdesk calls.
Schedule and deliver training to new joiners, and existing staff. This will include running classroom sessions, workshops, and CBT (computer based training)
Making regular visits to all of the legal and professional support departments.
Working on a helpdesk, providing general 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support during normal support hours.
The successful candidate for this position will have experience of working within the legal IT industry.
