Team Secretary
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Team Secretary to work this international construction consultancy. Supporting a PA and a busy team of 50+, the role requires someone who can use their own initiative and manage a demanding team.
Duties will include:
- Document production, reports, presentations, submissions, letter writing and mail mergers
- Travel arrangements
- Diary management
- Answering telephones and taking messages
- Managing incoming/outgoing post
- Providing support as necessary to the PA in all aspects of their role.
Applicants must be personable, with the ability to work well under pressure. Initiative and problem skills are a must, is working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
