PA/Administrator
Simpson Crowden is an Executive Search Consultancy based in Holborn.
We are looking to recruit an experienced PA to support the Managing Director.
Experience of working in the recruitment industry and knowledge of Filefinder would be a distinct advantage.
Key duties and accountabilities include -
Maintaining the FileFinder database
Reception duties; including preparing the meeting room and greeting visitors.
Liaison with clients, candidates and suppliers
Involvement in all assignment activities
Organising MD's diary, arranging client and candidate meetings both in the UK and overseas
Typing correspondence and reports
Screen of all telephone calls and responding to e-mails efficiently
Participating in ongoing business development activities including mailshots, advertising campaigns and promotional exercises
Essential experience must include -
At least five years experience in providing personal assistance at a senior level
Advanced level of MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and database packages.
Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
Confident and professional manner
Proactive team player
Initially this is a 6 month contract, following this there is the possibility of the role becoming permanent.
Salary: Up to £30K Neg
