No two days are the same in this industry, you will join at a trainee level moving upwards and onwards through the business dealing with the entire process from initial sales call, meeting candidates and clients, to closing the deal. You will need to be fast paced and professional to hit your targets and grow your business. Organisation and communication is essential to the role along with quick thinking and diligence. As your experience grows so too will your progression in the business as you will become a specialist within the market.
To succeed in this company you will have a strong business-to-business sales background and as strong degree. You will have excellent communication skills, an ability to understand people's requirements and the motivation and enthusiasm to really make the most of your career potential. It is also essential that you have a strong interest in marketing recruitment and you are highly sales driven, articulate, money motivated, confident, resilient and ambitious.
