Motor Trade Job - Kent Main Car Dealership
Sales Manager required in Tonbridge
£45k basic + bonus.
Mon - Fri 8:30am - 6:00pm with a weekend rota.
Our client a busy and well known main car dealership requires a Sales Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate should have previous experience in a management role within a Main Dealership in the automotive industry.
Your duties will include: -
Being responsible for training and motivating a team of experienced sales executives,
Devising a marketing plan and setting sales targets,
Monitoring and encouraging the team,
Compiling and analysing sales figures.
You must be able to demonstrate strong control with the sales process and stock. You must also be able to motivate, have an outstanding sales record and be highly organised.
Previous experience within a prestige brand within the Motor Trade is essential for this role.
