Senior Loans Administrator
The Company
Robert Half Financial Services Group are looking for a Senior Loans Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional to join our dedicated London Loan Administration Team administering the Bank's loan portfolio. Consisting of Bilateral, Participant and Agency based facilities. Exposure to term and revolving facilities, discounted loans, swaps, structured deals and assignments. Mainly dealing with Aviation and Shipping transactions.
The Role
Job Description Meeting deadlines in a prompt and accurate manner Problem solving in relation to the managed portfolio and general day to day queries Processing and compliance of an allocated portfolio within the Banks set policies and procedures , identifying potential risks and the controls in place to counter these High level of customer service and supporting role to both internal and external clients other departments and team members. Review and closing of Loan Facilities ensuring contents of the Loan Documents are executable from an operational point of view and are within the Banks lending policies. Liaising with the origination areas of the Loan Facilities, maintaining good communication flows , both prior to and after closing of a transaction to ensure a thorough understanding of the portfolio. Extracting and updating administration details to the system. Loan administration (dealing with funding advices, closing drawdowns, payments, collection of fees due, pre/ repayments, monitoring receipts, transfers and assignments ,client and bank correspondence, audit enquiries, miscellaneous matters, diary, check lists, good record keeping) Covenant (e.g. financial information ) and Insurance monitoring Dealing responsibly with problem accounts, late payment Knowledge of Agency Work required Assistance with providing reports to management Any other duties that may arise Job requirements Good GCSE's, A-levels Previous experience in an international banking loan administration area
Salary & Benefits
Basic of £34,000 - £40,000 + Other cash incentives in including mortgage subsidy, lunch allowance and bonus.
