This company has a team of specialist recruiters with an established track record of providing clearly customised client-focused solutions. As a specialist firm they are able to focus on specific client needs so that they can fully understand them and can service unique requirements efficiently. Due to rapid expansion, they are looking at taking on a non-managing Head of Interims for their prime-location London office.
The main focus of the role is to develop the business from scratch and build through growing current activity and developing new clients. Other key objectives are to develop the business strategy, to define and implement a sales and marketing approach and to achieve the plan for growth and sales revenue. You must be able to lead from the front and set an excellent example, while being excellent at winning new business, and capable of delivering and achieving sales targets. You're already a recruitment professional with excellent client development skills and a solid background in Accountancy or IT contracts. It is important that you are positive, well organised and tenacious. The ideal candidate should also have experience of growing a profitable interim recruitment business.
