£40,000 - £45,000 + Excellent Package
Working for a leading global stockbroking firm, this is an excellent opportunity for an individual with previous experience of working with equities in a private client environment to further their career in a Product Specialist role. Working as an interface between their research and analytical division and their Sales/Advisory team, you will be responsible for making Advisors aware of new Equities in the marketplace that fit their Investment Strategy. This will include not only the creation and delivering of marketing ideas, but also creating and delivering seminars for advisers as well as helping advisors reduce their portfolio risk, through diversification and asset allocation. On top of this, you will also be responsible for running firm wide sales promotions in the UK, US and Canada.
To be successful in this role, you should have had previous exposure to a Private Client Investment Management/Stockbroking background and have either worked in a Sales or Broking function. Strong Equity product knowledge is experience of implementing and creating marketing and sales campaigns. Excellent communication skills are also important as is the ability to deal with a wide variety of individuals and situations.
