No two days are the same in this industry; you will join at a trainee level moving upwards and onwards through the business dealing with the entire process from initial sales call, meeting candidates and clients, to closing the deal. You will need to be fast paced and professional to hit your targets and grow your business. Organisation and communication is essential to the role along with quick thinking and diligence. As your experience grows so too will your progression in the business as you will become a specialist in the IT market.
As a consultant you will also have an influence on the planning and infrastructure behind some of the worlds most successful blue chip organisations. Targeting the higher end of the market, you will be working on mid to senior level positions with candidates ranging from Business analysts, senior developers and project managers. You will be working on a combination of contingency and retained assignments, with candidates salaries starting around 60K and regularly moving in to the 120k upwards bracket.
In order to be successful within this role you will need to have a strong degree with at least 12 months commercial experience. In addition you must be a Business savvy graduate with a flair for sales. You will be confident, articulate, intelligent with an 'out of the box' approach to business and sales. As well as this you will be target driven with the ambition to forge a successful career in recruitment.
