Corporate Finance- M&A- Analysts and Associates
A Bulge Bracket Bank in the city of London is looking for experienced Corporate Financiers to join their M&A teams.
These roles has been created as a result of ambitious growth plans that are to be made through a number of strategic acquisitions. This is an excellent opportunity for a very capable and ambitious individual.
Essential criteria for the position includes: excellent technical awareness; strong financial modelling and forecasting skills and good market knowledge.
Key accountabilities include: analysis of potential acquisition opportunities; recommending transactions and funding structures; financial support to business development activities, including major contract mobilisations; financial support to corporate and strategic business planning. In addition, more senior candidates will support the Associate Directors and Directors accordingly, be on hand for Origination support and manage and instruct junior analysts.
?The culture of the team is entrepreneurial and we also rely on junior colleagues to develop relationships and generate ideas. We also expect analysts to be closely involved in execution of mandates across products with a large focus on equity and M&A transactions; this requires a good product knowledge and strong technical expertise.
