Senior Lendng Manager- Real estate Finance
An opportunity has arisen to join a leading investment bank in the UK property market. With a growing loan book they are looking for a Senior Lending Manager with a strong focus on Client Relationship management with a view to building and maintaining relationships in the long term. There are 2 roles available ? one dealing with broker business exclusively, the other with the borrowers directly
Applicants should have in depth experience of property lending from the £1m to £30m range, both strong origination and structuring skills and ability to develop a team.
? Ability to deal with demanding clients and work within tight deadlines
? Be able to identify any relevant material business risks
? Knowledge of SPF procedures including credit and drawdown related matters
? In depth knowledge of property markets
? Relationship management skills
This will suit someone with an entrepreneurial background, capable of proactively looking after his own client base both maintaining and developing new business. The environment is very client orientated and team driven and there is ample opportunity to progress within the company.
Salary: 55-65k + benefits
