Corporate actions Analyst
One of London's leading Financial Services organisations requires an Analyst with some knowledge/experience of the corporate actions with experience in either investment banking/management operations. Past experience within corporate actions is important, however comprehensive training will be provided.
A confident and mature attitude is required as you will be responsible for working closely with the front office and clients on notification of elective events, placing, underwriting and taking the lead with all issues regarding the corporate actions function.
