Loans Administrator, Credit Opportunities Fund
The Company
Robert Half Financial Services Group are looking for a Loans Administrator to work for there Credit Opportunities Fund. Main responsibilities are responsibility for day to day loan operations through deal closing, and maintaining the Credit Opportunities fund portfolio on Wall Street Office (WSO), a portfolio management system; key responsibilities to include the following below.
The Role
Keeping track of upcoming activities on portfolio, including liaising with front office Facilitation of Board meetings and proofreading of subsequent minutes Preparation of instructions for cash movements Facilitate waivers and amendments to loan documentation Obtain and track ratings for each investment Organization of all investment documentation Assist in entering/ tracking trades/unsettled trades Assist with updating system with any rate resets Track capitalised and not-yet-capitalised interest Prepare fee calculations breakage, delayed compensation, other expenses Assist in monitoring ongoing compliance with indenture, hypothetical trades Regular contact with external parties including Trustees, Fund Administrators, Agents, Investors, Auditors and Trade Counterparties Skill Requirements Candidate must have exceptional organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, be numerate and a team player Knowledge of Wall Street Office would be advantageous but not essential A working familiarity with documentation such as Loan Indentures, LMA docs, credit agreements,, assignment/ sub participation agreements and other transfer docs, funding memos etc would be advantageous, but not essential

£40,000
