Non-Billing Branch Manager

My client is the UK's largest independent specialist provider of recruitment services to the education sector, supplying Teachers, Classroom and Special Support Assistants, Instructors, Cover Supervisors and Nursery Nurses and other Support staff to Primary, Secondary, Special Needs schools, Pupil Referral Units and Nurseries across the UK. They have 17 offices throughout the UK as well as 6 international offices.
You will be expected to manage a team of 7 consultants currently overachieving as well as be expected to pro-actively drive and mentor the team to meet financial targets. You will report to the Regional Director and have full responsibility for the day to day running of the branch, managing 7 Consultants right across primary to secondary division. You will also be responsible for the delivery of monthly/annual budgets, ensuring that team members work effectively to a KPI driven structure/environment, including developing and supporting the consultants.
If you have what it takes to take the branch to new achievement levels, and have strong managerial skills with a proven track record, My client will pay what it takes to get the right candidate on board (up to £40,000 plus bonuses).
