Shift Leader and Shift Engineers
We are looking for a top shelf SHIFT LEADER to join a very established maintenance team near the East Grinstead area. The candidate should have a very good track record and be capable of running a large shift team within a critical services environment. The Shift Leader with be expected to cover a continental shift pattern and be fully conversant with HV, Chiller, BMS, controls, UPS, single and 3 phase power and lighting, emergency lighting, generators, all reactive and planned preventative maintenance, client liaison, running their Shift team, reporting back to a Supervisor and general making sure everything is done in accordance with the contract.
This role is to work within a new Data centre that will be completed and up and running in June 2008 however the client is looking to recruit in January and utilise the engineers and leaders expertise with snagging, commissioning, working alongside the manufacturers and installation engineers making sure that site knowledge is learnt and retained.
