Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultants wanted to join one of the most vibrant recruitment firms in the industry! The successful candidate will be working within a fast paced environment recruiting for all levels in a number of different sectors.
Situated in minutes from Oxford Street an ambitious Digital Media Company are actively seeking 2 intelligent Graduates to join a new division of successful consultants recruiting Digital professionals for a variety of leading Brands including Google, Facebook, Virgin and Nike.
On joining you will be given a 2-week training induction where you will learn all aspects of recruitment- from advertising and interviewing candidates, to tendering for new business and finalising deals. Once you have successfully been through training you will immediately work on a number of assignments while shadowing two of the companies' top billing consultants.
Successful candidates will enter a structured training and development programme, learning all aspects of business development, account management, sales and negotiation. One-to-one coaching is provided at all levels to support your accelerated career progression and you will be given a high level of client and candidate contact from the beginning. Your work will be varied, challenging and exciting and the rewards are unparalleled? Highly competitive uncapped commission structure, travel opportunities and the potential to head up new teams and divisions.
In order to be a success within this role you need to be an enthusiastic and sales focused Graduate with a keen interest in the digital industry. In addition it is vital you are able to build successful relationships and you are an ambitious, proactive, self-motivated, engaging and confident individual.
