Swedish speaking Customer Service/Claims Advisor

The Company:
Our client is a global company with offices worldwide. They are currently looking to recruit an outstanding Swedish speaking customer service/claims advisor. Candidates must be fluent to a mother tongue level in Swedish along with English. The position will be based in their office in Bristol.
The Role:
The overall aim of the position will be to support the customer service department by being the main point of contact and service provider for clients in the UK and Sweden. Also handle claims and customer service for other countries if necessary. The position will include the following key responsibilities.
-answer any incoming queries in a customer-friendly, timely and professional manner,
applying problem-solving skills
-manage relationships with the clients
-ensure that all appropriate paperwork is completed
-confirm and verify insurance details and enter them into the database
-investigate claims to obtain relevant facts about losses and record claims
-translate documents if necessary
Candidate Profile:
Candidates must possess an excellent telephone manner and be highly customer focused. Good PC literacy, and the ability to work individually are required, and previous customer service experience would be an advantage. The successful candidate would have a passion for helping clients and be able to multi task. Experience from the finance sector could be and an advantage. Fluency to a mother tongue level in Swedish along with excellent English is required.
Salary/Additional Information:
The start salary for the role would be circa £17,000. The company offers a fantastic benefits package with comprehensive training and a competence framework through which they can quickly increase their salary as they pass levels of competence.
