Temporary PA, Insurance Company

A PA is require to join an insurance company to provide a personal assistance service to the Managing Director. They seek someone who ideally has a mimimum of 5 years' experience working as a PA within a corporate organisation or blue chip company. You will be required on an ongoing temporary basis, to provide secretarial and all-round PA support to assist and organise the MD with his busy schedule.

Your main duties will be to be involved in:

- Extensive diary management
- Typing letters, emails, faxes and reports
- Organising and booking corporate events and functions
- Making travel arrangements
- Answering calls, taking messages, emailing,
- Using Lotus Notes

You will be required to have excellent typing skills (55WPM+) and be highly organised and confident in your abilities. You will be a positive and pro-active person, able to communicate in a professional manor and be willing to occassionally work overtime if required.
