Personal Assistant


Personal Assistant, Brentford

A PA to a MD is required for my client based in Brentford. As this is located just off the A4 it would suit anybody coming in from South West / West London, Surrey etc. The ideal candidate must have approx 65wpm, be advanced on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, the ability to speak, read or write in French would be an advantage but is not essential. Duties will include:

- Telephone calls: screening/fielding and accurate message taking
- Post: screening/fielding
- Correspondence: drafting letters, emails, memos faxes etc., following up where required
- Internal and external meetings/lunches/dinners: all aspects including boardroom bookings or venue selection, welcome messages, catering requirements etc.
- Organising client entertainment events
- Co-ordinating and minuting quarterly and extraordinary Health & Safety Executive Board meetings
- Co-ordinating and minuting monthly Street Furniture Board meetings
- Regularly updating a variety of internal reports
- Filing: maintenance of electronic and paper filing systems
