PA/Office Manager - Charity
This is a new opportunity for a proactive PA with proficient IT skills to join this established charitable foundation based in smart offices in central London. This busy and varied role offers a mix of responsibilities including; support to the Executive Team (including the CEO), assisting with special events (organising logistics for conferences, seminars and round-table events) and general office management support (IT trouble shooting, office suppliers, overseeing facilities etc). There will also be the chance to take on your own mini-projects i.e. developing a library etc.
This role requires a proactive individual who is good at multi-tasking, has secretarial and office management experience. A practical approach to problem solving is essential. Proficient IT skills are essential as you will be organising mailing including mail merges and updating the database.
