Our client in the public sector is seeking an Admin Assistant to work alongside a busy yet friendly team.

Duties and Responsibilities include covering reception when needed, opening and distributing post. Typing letters and other correspondence, dealing with general enquiries. You should be familiar with Outlook as you will be booking meeting and putting together agendas for meetings, minute taking skills is also required.

Knowledge of MS Office packages Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, internet and a good typing speed. A big part of the role will be entering data onto Framework I database and so Framework I skills are essential. A strong telephone manner and Ability to problem solve and to work on own initiative, be able to prioritise workload and work under pressure. You must have a proactive work approach and demonstrate discretion and confidentiality, flexibility and adaptability to meet changing requirements of the role.
