Working within a team of 4 receptionists in an Investment Bank based in Mayfair (current team includes people from all working backgrounds). Dealing with clientele from all walks of life, we require a professional individual with an eye for detail. The role includes:
- Directing of all calls to named partners promptly
- Booking of meeting rooms and refreshments
- Arranging of meeting rooms as required by bankers (including direct liaison with facilities and management)
- Ensuring that all clientele are directed efficiently to their meetings and that they are comfortable
- Making worldwide travel arrangements
- Administration duties when required (basic IT skills required)
