Duties.
? Running reception desk.
? Thinking 'outside the box'.
? Meeting and greeting clients and showing clients to rooms.
? Booking meeting rooms.
? Using high level customer service skills.
? Anticipating problems within a busy environment.
? Prioritising and multi-tasking.
? Liaising with catering staff.
? Liaising with directors via telephone & email.
? Using initiative at all times.
