Role
As Graduate Recruitment Consultant you will be heavily involved in every aspect of the recruitment process; from working with the initial contact to winning contracts and managing accounts of new and existing clients. Our client place a huge emphasis on the training and development of their employees and heavily invest in this. As Graduate Recruitment Consultant you will be trained on a bespoke training course that will cover every aspect of the recruitment process.
You
For this opportunity we are looking for graduate who has achieved a 2.2 or above. They should be ambitious, determined, hard-working and confident. Any direct sales experience, telesales, fundraising is extremely beneficial, those without this experience should be able to show some evidence of working within a target driven environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, along with plenty of drive, motivation, enthusiasm and a genuine interest to forge a successful career in recruitment.
