Team Administrator - Fellowships


Our client is a publicly-funded organisation dedicated to improving human health.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has approximately one year general administration experience and is now seeking the next step on the career ladder!!


Education, qualifications and training:
You must have 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade A*to C (or equivalent)

Essential:
? One year general administration work
? Previous experience in arranging planning meetings/training sessions
? Experience of Microsoft applications including: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Previous work experience:
? Experience of arranging meetings ? inviting attendees, finding a date, booking domestic arrangements, sending papers in advance etc.
? Maintaining suite of documented information e.g. updating where necessary, producing copies as needed
? Maintaining an efficient filing systems ? paper and electronic

Inter-personal skills / other:
? Ability to work on multiple work areas, prioritise and deliver to deadlines
? Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve.
? Able to deal effectively with people at all levels

Desirable:
? Knowledge of RMG systems i.e. INFORM & EAA
