THE ROLE:
Recruitment is a dual selling role within which on a day-to-day basis you will be:
* Sourcing candidates.
* Selling opportunities to candidates.
* Interviewing candidates.
* Selling candidates in to your clients.
* Developing new business opportunities.
* Managing existing accounts.
