Based in central London a leading construction recruitment consultancy are actively seeking 2 business savvy and sales focused graduates to continue to grow their highly successful team. Having been voted as one of the Top 100 Companies to work for by the Sunday times, you will be recruiting for the buoyant construction sector on projects such as the 2012 Olympic Games, River Developments and Corporate Real Estate.
On joining you will be given a 4-week training induction where you will learn all aspects of recruitment- from advertising and interviewing candidates, to tendering for new business and finalising deals. Once you have successfully been through training you will immediately work on a number of assignments while shadowing some of the companies' top billing consultants. Within this position you will be recruiting a wide range of construction professionals from quantity surveyors, site managers, architects and construction managers.
In order to succeed within this environment it is essential that you are of graduate caliber, have experience of the B2B sales and are not afraid of picking up the phone. Your basic salary will vary dependent upon your skills and experience, and targets will relate to your position within the company. This role will involve the full recruitment 360, and is all target-driven - you will need to enjoy working as a team.
