We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join this leading quantity surveying, project management company who are one of the first UK construction firms to be accredited with the Investors In People award in 1999 and maintains a low turnover in staff by actively providing:
Role Description
You will ideally have knowledge and experience of retail projects, as these types of projects will make up the best part of the workload. Amongst other duties, you will ensure our clients achieve their stated objectives through close teamwork, proactive cost control and the provision of contractual advice.
Skills
A relevant BSc would be advantageous. You must have a thorough knowledge of MS Office and possess good communicational and organisational skills.
You will be innovative, adaptable to change and be able to offer a high standard of customer care to clients. Problem solving, planning and decision making will be some of your strengths.
