Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 + Car/Car allowance + Benefits
Location: Swindon
Role Description:
As a civil sub agent you will be working on a variety of civil related projects in and around the Swindon area. The typical type of work varies from highways, drainage, earthworks, bridge work and car park upgrades/new builds. There are three major civil projects which you could be based on depending on your skill set and location. These projects include a new build housing estate which requires complete civil engineering input relating to drainage and related infrastructure, a Network Rail reactive earthworks framework and a ten year project with the MOD refurbishing the various bases in the South West.
Required Experience:
You must have heavy civil engineering experience from either:-
" Rail
" Highways
" Water
" Earthworks
" Airports
" MOD [Armed forces]
An established training plan is in place to develop your civil engineering skills across all areas.
Benefits Package:
£32,000 - £38,000 Basic salary + Overtime + Car/Allowance + Pension + Healthcare.
Full support is given for both external qualifications [Full degree/Chartership] and internal training across different civil disciplines.

The successful candidate will be joining an organisation that is a national service provider delivering major civil / infrastructure projects nationwide. Sectors include utilities, rail, highways and a variety of projects associated with the development of the Olympic site in Stratford. With almost half a billion pound turnover, this business is constantly growing and winning both large scale civil frameworks and smaller individual civil projects nationwide
