Working with SME's, government, small businesses and multinational corporations alike, ATA Selection recruit a range of candidates from operational level through to middle and executive management, for permanent and contract positions.
ATA Selection is an energetic, vibrant company that has a passion for recruitment and we are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our rapidly expanding teams within the 10 offices across the UK. Working as part of the permanent or contract team, we will provide first class training that will secure a successful, long term career within recruitment.
To join both the permanent and contract teams' individuals must be sales and target driven, highly ambitious and share a competitive instinct and desire to be the best. You will also require the interpersonal skills to build excellent and profitable relationships with your client base. It's the first step to a prosperous career in recruitment where you will be trained by some of the most experienced and successful people in the business.
You can influence your earnings through achieving in the role! Career progression is based on your performance; you will be coached and mentored at each step and when you are ready you can be promoted into management or principal consultant roles, all the way up to director level. You can earn a considerable salary in this role. We also offer £5,000 as a 'service reward' after 2 years of employment.
The successful candidate will work effectively as part of a team, as well as being able to use their own initiative, generate new ideas and possess superior organisation and communication skills. Previous sales experience is an advantage although not essential as full training will be given; you must be energetic, proactive, hard working, and resilient but above all your will be motivated by success and dedicated to giving a first class service to clients and candidates alike.
Due to a number of contract wins we are recruiting across all ten branches within ATA Selection. We have central offices based in Newcastle, Manchester, Leeds, Derby, Leicester, Birmingham, Bristol, Enfield, Slough and Croydon.

Salary: £15,000-£28,000 high OTE,UNCAPPED COMM+BONUS
