Graduate Marketing Recruitment Consultant- London Waterloo
Based in offices with views of the London Eye an industry leading marketing recruitment consultancy are actively seeking two trainee recruitment consultants to head up a new division. Within this position you will be delivering marketing recruitment staff to a number of blue chip organisations including the likes of Sony, The BBC, Virgin and Walt Disney.
The job will provide training, which in the first 2 weeks will involve an induction learning all aspects of recruitment, ranging from advertising to screening candidates, to generating new business, headhunting and closing deals. Once you have completed the training, you will have the chance to work on a range of assignments while shadowing and learning from some of the companies' top billing consultants placing a wide range of marketing professionals including Brand Managers, Marketing Managers, Senior Researchers and Project Managers.
To succeed in this company you will have a strong business-to-business sales background and be of degree caliber. You will have excellent communication skills, an ability to understand people's requirements and the motivation and enthusiasm to really make the most of your career potential. It is also essential that you have a strong interest in marketing recruitment and you are highly sales driven, articulate, money motivated, confident, resilient and ambitious.
