Based in high spec offices with views of the River Thames and the London Eye an industry leading marketing recruitment consultancy are actively seeking 2 sales focused graduates to join their rapidly expanding team. Within this position you will be delivering marketing professionals to a number of high profile clients including Sony, Virgin, Facebook and Walt Disney.
On joining you will initially be put through their training academy where you will learn all aspects of Recruitment ? from Generating new business, presenting to companies, pitching new clients and candidates, negotiating fees and closing deals, before working alongside a team of top billing consultants as a fully fledged recruiter. As a Recruitment Consultant it will be your job to work closely with the client in sourcing the best talent within their respected sector, and due to the rapid increase within the industry average consultants are earning up to 35K+ within their first year!
For this position it is essential you are of graduate calibre with at least 6 months sales experience and a keen interest in the Marketing recruitment industry. To be successful you will need to be highly sales driven, articulate, money motivated, confident, resilient, ambitious with an excellent ability to negotiate and multitask whilst remaining calm in a high pressured environment.
