Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant- 35K OTE!
Situated minutes from Canary Wharf Station a young and dynamic IT recruitment Consultancy are actively looking for 2 sales focused and business savvy graduates to join their rapidly expanding team. Within this position you will be placing a wide range of IT professionals from Java Developers, Business Analysts and Project Managers with salaries ranging up to 100K+.
On joining you will initially be put through their industry leading training academy where you will learn all aspects of Recruitment ? from Generating new business, presenting to companies, pitching new clients and candidates, negotiating fees and closing deals, before working alongside a team of top billing consultants as a fully fledged recruiter. You will then have the opportunity of working on a number of high profile projects servicing Clients on a regional, national and international basis.
In order to succeed within this environment it is essential you are of graduate calibre with at least 6 months sales experience and a keen interest in the IT recruitment industry. To be successful you will need to be highly sales driven, articulate, money motivated, confident, resilient, ambitious with an excellent ability to negotiate and multitask whilst remaining calm in a high pressure environment.
Working from high spec offices with views of Canary Wharf you can expect a busy social calendar as monthly and quarterly nights out are encouraged (and always paid for by the company).
