Within this position you will be recruiting a wide range of IT professionals into a number of high profile financial organizations.
This is a role from the word go where 2 days will never be the same. You will be managing the whole recruitment process which will include calling new clients to win business, interviewing candidates and closing the deal. A strong character is needed for this environment! You should also have some telesales or field sales experience, and be looking to get into the recruitment industry. This role may also suit someone who wants to make the move from resourcer to consultant.
