Based on the 28th Floor of London City's Gherkin Building, one of the worlds leading Executive Recruitment Consultancies are looking for an intelligent graduate to work alongside a small team recruiting top finance professionals into some of the worlds leading Investment Banks.
As a graduate, you will be given training and mentoring on all areas of recruitment, business to business sales and corporate finance whilst working closely alongside 3 of the companies top billing consultants.
The job of a recruiter is to source high calibre individuals for its clients, but to get to this point you will initially work as a resourcer where your duties will range from mapping out markets, researching clients competitors and generally networking whilst developing more of an understanding of the market place. As you progress you will have more client contact and will work on various projects from Front Office Trading positions up to Board Level Directors.
To be successful you will be an exceptional graduate who stands out from the crowd. You will have a minimum 2.1 from a leading University, combined with an understanding of the financial markets. You will also have excellent communication skills combined with the ability to liaise with some of the senior professionals at leading FTSE 100 Companies. Other traits include motivated, ambitious, entrepreneurial and commercial.
