Based in plush offices with fantastic views of the London Eye and the River Thames a new opportunity has become available for a smart marketing graduate with a keen interest in the recruitment sales sector. Within this position the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in the most sociable industry in London where meeting new people everyday is just apart of the job!
The job will provide training, which in the first 4 weeks will involve an induction learning all aspects of recruitment, ranging from advertising to screening candidates, to generating new business, headhunting and closing deals. Once you have completed the training, you will have the chance to work on a range of assignments while shadowing and learning from some of the companies' top billing consultants placing a wide range of Marketing Professionals including Marketing Assistants, Sales and Marketing Co-Ordinators, Product Managers, Media Planners and Project Managers
To succeed in this company you will have a strong business-to-business sales background. You will have excellent communication skills, an ability to understand people's requirements and the motivation and enthusiasm to really make the most of your career potential. In addition you must be a switched on graduate who is highly sales driven, articulate, money motivated, confident, resilient and ambitious.
