Graduate Recruitment Manager ? 12 month Contract
Our Client a Top 10 firm of Management Consultants/Business Advisors with offices all over the country are seeking a Graduate Recruitment Manager to join their fast paced and dynamic Graduate Recruitment team at their offices in the 'heart' of London's West End. As the Graduate Recruitment Manager the purpose of the role is to help attract and retain the best talented trainees through an effective recruitment process and to assist in raising the profile of our clients organisation with talented graduates and school leavers. You will be involved in providing a co-ordinated approach to Graduate Recruitment for the UK Firm and London office, working closely with the HR Director in the implementation of the trainee recruitment strategy. There will be a requirement to undertake some travel and you will manage the Graduate Recruitment administrators and adhere to the general day to day tasks of a Graduate Recruitment Manager (call for full job spec). Previous experience within a similar Graduate Recruitment Managerial role within a Corporate environment is essential (5 years +), you will be educated o degree standard and ideally be CIPD qualified however this is by no means essential.
