Trainee Head-hunter ? IT into Investment Banking- City Locat
Based in the heart of the City, this leading IT recruitment consultancy urgently require 2 excellent graduates to join a highly successful division recruiting IT professionals to the investment banking sector. Clients within this role include from the City Group JP Morgan, Goldman & Sachs and Deutche Bank.
As Trainee head-hunter you will be working with a select client base towards sourcing and supplying the best talent from Project Managers, Programmers and Technical Architects. On training, you will be taught how to map out companies, talent spot individuals target and attract the right candidates and win retained assignments plus much more!
Working with a prestigious client base you will be focusing on mid to senior end candidates. While this may initially sound daunting, once you have gone through the training and shadowed some of the company's top fee generators you will enjoy the huge earning potential on offer within the highest paid sector of recruitment.
The role is extremely varied, the atmosphere of the firm is dynamic, fun but firm and the tasks are multifaceted on a day-to-day basis, keeping any graduate interested and challenged! The 'work hard, play hard' atmosphere is certainly adhered to at all costs and the social side of the firm should also appeal!
They are looking for high caliber graduates to be the 'future' of their organization and drive them forward. Acceptable applications will be from those who are of a graduate level with excellent A levels (or equivalent). Commercial experience is a definite advantage as is direct sales experience, either B to B or B to C. Ideal candidates will also be driven, tenacious, competitive and have an abundance of energy and determination to succeed at the highest level.
