Trainee Technology Sales Recruiter- Clear Your Student Debts
Based minutes from the City, one of the leading Technology sales recruitment Companies are actively looking for 2 sales focused and team orientated graduates to join a new division of successful consultants working with blue chip companies throughout the Technology and IT industries.
The job will provide training, which in the first 2 weeks will involve an induction learning all aspects of recruitment, ranging from advertising to screening candidates, to generating new business and closing deals. Once you have completed the training, you will have the chance to work on a range of assignments while shadowing and learning from some of the companies' top billing consultants.
Whilst working with some of the biggest names in the billion pound technology and IT sector, you will have the opportunity to place a wide range of sales professionals from junior sales to Corporate Account Directors, with salaries of up to 100k plus. Current Consultants enjoy a varied day consisting of interviewing candidates, client meetings, tendering for new Business and managing the whole recruitment process.
To be successful you will need be a graduate with a positive can do attitude. You must be confident, sales focused, motivated, excel in a team environment and have the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
If successful you will have the opportunity of working for a highly progressive Company with an excellent training and a commission package with the realistic earning potential of 35k in your first year. Based in high story offices with views across London, you will be given excellent training on all areas of recruitment, whilst working with some of the biggest names in the Technology and IT market.
