Trainee IT Head-hunter- Fantastic London Location
Based in offices overlooking the Thames in the heart of the City, a leading international recruitment services organisation are actively seeking 2 Business savvy and sales orientated graduates to join a team of highly successful permanent recruitment consultants dealing with a number of some of the worlds largest brands including Virgin, HSBC, Tesco, Sony and Google.
The job will provide training, which in the first 2 weeks will involve an induction learning all aspects of recruitment, ranging from advertising to screening candidates, to generating new business, headhunting and closing deals. Once you have completed the training, you will have the chance to work on a range of assignments while shadowing and learning from some of the companies' top billing consultants.
Having passed your training you will be working on a variety of roles within the markets you have studied. With this knowledge, access to their huge data base, a free reign on over 350 vacancies and a lot of hard work you can start taking home the pay cheques rarely seen anywhere else. It is not uncommon for consultants who put the effort in to take home 20K pay cheques on a good month. You will have the opportunity to place a wide range of IT professionals from Business analysts, technical architects to Project managers with salaries of up to 120k plus
To succeed in this company you will have a strong business-to-business sales background and a degree from a leading university. You will have excellent communication skills, an ability to understand people's requirements and the motivation and enthusiasm to really make the most of your career potential. It is also essential that you have a strong interest in IT recruitment and you are highly sales driven, articulate, money motivated, confident, resilient and ambitious.
Working from high spec offices with views across the City you can expect a busy social calendar as monthly and quarterly nights out are encouraged (and always paid for by the company).
