Based only minutes from London Waterloo Station with views of the London Eye and The Thames, an industry leading marketing recruitment consultancy are actively seeking 2 bright and sales focused graduates to continue to grow their rapidly expanding team.
Within this position you will be responsible for providing marketing recruitment solutions to a number of high profile clients including Virgin, Facebook, Sony and Walt Disney.
Joining the young, friendly and funky office of 30 consultants, you will initially be put through the training academy where you will learn all aspects of recruitment from advertising and interviewing candidates, to tendering for new business and finalising deals. You will then have the opportunity to recruit a wide range of candidates from Marketing Assistants up to Marketing Directors on 100K+.
As a Consultant it will be your job to work closely with the client in sourcing the best talent within their respected sector, and due to the rapid increase within the industry trainee consultants have the opportunity to earn 35K within their first year!
To be successful you will be an exceptional graduate with a strong business-to-business sales background. This job requires confidence, excellent communication skills, a resilient nature and a hungry and passionate work ethic. You will also be dealing with some of the highest paid professionals within the Marketing Industry, so a marketing background is an advantage.
