Resourcing Account Manager - Marketing
A leading broadcasting and media organisation are looking for someone to manage their marketing recruitment. The idea spec will be an individual who has worked in a fast paced environment, capable of sourcing a range of marketing professionals for their busy marketing department that is responsible for multiple product launches and campaigns every year.
Working within their HR department you will take responsibility for all recruitment within this specific area of their business. This includes the identification and fulfilment of current requirements within their business, as well as managing future talent identification and fulfilment. You will be expected to utilise direct resourcing techniques as well as a PSL of 3rd party suppliers.
This role offers a large degree of autonomy as you will be given the freedom to take ownership of your own area of the business.
Candidate skills required
- Background of marketing recruitment gained working in an internal recruitment environment
- Have experience of sourcing marketing candidates to work for leading brands / companies
- Experience of managing resourcing strategy and external suppliers.
- Strong personal time management and prioritisation skills.
- Able to influence and develop true 'partnership' relationships with managers quickly and effectively
- Ideally educated to degree level.
- Understanding of online candidate management systems.
- Natural drive, be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
£38 basic , 15% bonus, great benefits package
