Do you have a background in Agency recruitment? Are you currently working onsite for either an RPO or Corporate client and looking for your next challenge? This role is for you.
Our client is one of the most desirable organisations in the World to work for. This is an exciting opportunity for 3 internal recruiters to join a brand new internal resourcing team and make an impact in a refreshingly open & accessible management environment.
Full job description (responsibilities, remit etc)
You will be expected to take Full life-cycle recruitment responsibility so;
? meeting with Line managers and HR to confirm job spec & structure expectations
? Put a sourcing plan together ? where the candidates will be sourced from, how much they will pay, time to hire etc
? Execute that sourcing plan ? whether it be finding these candidates directly yourself or engaging a 3rd party PSL agency (done on a case by case basis)
? Care of candidates ? both during and following the recruitment process.

Candidate skills required
Essential requirements:
? Strong and consistent track record of recruitment experience within an Agency environment and onsite within either a RPO or Corporate client.
? Excellent sourcing skills ? including networking and taking a creative approach utilising sites such as Linked in etc.
? Be comfortable with, and demonstrate, a strong track record of liaising with senior stake holders,
? Excellent relationship management and communication skills
? A proactive, diplomatic, assertive and flexible nature
? Passion for your work with the desire and motivation to succeed.
