Our client are looking for a HR & Recruitment Manager to manage, administer and implement all aspects of HR & Recruitment in their London office.
Full job description (responsibilities, remit etc)
? Responsible for all recruitment within the company
? Ensure compliance with UK and EU legislation and advise management regarding employment legislation and compliance issues.
? Improve employee retention rates and provide cost effective recruitment solutions.
? Counsel and advise managers, supervisors and employees on hiring, staffing, training, employee relations, performance management, policies and procedures and other sensitive HR issues.
? Manage and develop appraisal and performance management processes.
? Ensure that all HR documentation is managed professionally.
? Report on HR activity to the Senior Management Team such as absence, turnover, headcount, etc.
? To recommend and introduce new HR initiatives in order for the company to achieve business goals.
? Produce and implement induction plans for new employees.
? Constantly analyse the company's remuneration levels to ensure competitiveness in the labour market.
? Identify training needs of employees and produce a training plan.
Candidate skills required
Essential requirements:
? Internal Recruitment experience coupled with a track record of working with an HR environment
? Extremely self-motivated
? Understanding of employment law and application in a financial services environment
? Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
? Ability to work in a dynamic business environment
? Working level of common internet and MS Office applications
? Passion for your work with the desire and motivation to succeed in a hardworking environment
