Business Development / Client Relationship Manager
Leading international law firm have an opening for a Business Development Manager to develop and put into practice Client Relationship Management activities in accordance with the firm's strategy. The role will allow the successful candidate to carry out managerial tasks in a number of areas to include projects, processes and procedures, as well as the ensure best practice and disseminating key information throughout the firm.
Key duties to include working closely with members of the Business Development team, researching clients and targets, providing advice on pitches, reviewing compliance procedures, maintaining the CRM database for specific clients, as well as identifying cross selling opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience at a senior executive level, ideally gained in a professional services/legal environment and will possess excellent customer facing skills. Also key to this role is the ability to put together business plans and tender documentation.
